1. How does shipping and pickup actually work?

Our boards ship from our Sydney warehouse, with orders dispatched within 24 hours and delivery generally taking 3–12 business days depending on where you are — a little longer for regional and cross-country addresses. Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your board and location rather than a flat rate, so your cart is the most accurate place to check before you order. 2. Which boards and sizes are actually in stock?

Stock moves quickly, so the fastest way to check current sizes and availability is the product page itself. Right now, boards like the ALOHA x WOOD B-A Shadow Force are in stock as an all-conditions performance shortboard option, alongside other current-season releases — though stock on any single board or size can move fast, so the product page is always the most up-to-date place to check before you order. If something you want has sold out, use the "notify me when available" option on the product page where it's offered, or drop us a line — we don't have a fixed monthly restock calendar to share, but we can give you our best estimate.

3. What fin setup do your boards use

Fin setup varies by model, so it's worth checking the individual product page for the exact spec before you order, or asking us directly if it's not listed. The fin setup will always either be Futures or FCS.
